Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of ReplyRecover websites, forms, chat widgets, appointment inquiry flows, lead follow-up services, and related communications.
Use of services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate contact information when submitting inquiries or requests.
Communications consent
By submitting a form, chat, inquiry, or appointment request and selecting any required consent checkbox, you agree to receive SMS and/or email communications related to your inquiry, appointment, missed call, booking, or support request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS or HELP for help.
No guaranteed outcomes
Any business, revenue, appointment, or recovery estimates are informational only. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, bookings, approvals, or deliverability.
Third-party services
Our services may use third-party platforms for messaging, CRM, hosting, analytics, booking, payment processing, or customer support. Their terms and policies may also apply.
Payments
Paid services may require setup fees, recurring subscription fees, or other agreed charges. Payment terms are provided at checkout or in the applicable service agreement. Messaging, phone number, carrier/A2P, email sending, and platform usage fees are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
Refund policy
ReplyRecover is a service-based implementation and monthly support product. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding, account setup, workflow configuration, implementation, or related setup work has started. Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins, and service remains active through the paid period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If ReplyRecover cannot reasonably deliver the agreed initial setup, we may offer a case-by-case refund, credit, or revised implementation plan at our discretion.
Cancellation
ReplyRecover is month-to-month unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. You may cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid the next monthly charge. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
To cancel, email [email protected] with your business name and the request to cancel. We will confirm cancellation by email and keep service active through the end of the paid billing period.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Dream Haze is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
