Use this setup-only questionnaire before we build your ReplyRecover workspace. It collects booking links, services/appointments, GHL details, brand tone, compliance details, and escalation rules — not customer SMS opt-in consent.

Quick note: Fill out what you know and leave anything unclear blank. Not every question applies to every business, and we will review the details together before launch. This page prepares an email draft only; no customer data is sent automatically until you review and send it.

Which replies should stop automation and alert staff?

This section helps us confirm what needs to be reviewed before email or SMS follow-up goes live. It is not a customer marketing opt-in form.

Plain English: A2P/10DLC is carrier approval for business texting. It is required before most business SMS automations can go live. Approval timing varies and can take several business days or longer depending on the carrier review and whether the business information is complete.

Subscription note: Your monthly subscription starts when setup begins. If SMS approval is still pending, ReplyRecover can still complete tracking, dashboard setup, email follow-up, missed-lead routing, and launch prep. SMS activation starts once consent, DND checks, and carrier approval are ready. Messaging, phone number, carrier/A2P, email sending, and platform usage fees are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
